Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our client's site Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can deliver cost-efficient planning and ensure effective management of unforeseen issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with customer orders and forecasts to develop efficient production plans
- Review and manage production performance in real-time, addressing any unexpected issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share information and support colleagues
- Effectively manage the company's ERP system
- Maintain and monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished product stocks, minimizing waste
- Develop action plans to target and eliminate potential waste
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive pension scheme is also included.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in a planning role, preferably in a manufacturing organization or warehousing business. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in IT and spreadsheets.
