We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead our team of associate clinicians in providing high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments.

About Psicon Ltd

P sicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working with NHS trusts and privately to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We deliver our services with the utmost care, ensuring that we meet the highest standards in the industry.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals to provide support and guidance to individuals and families affected by neurodevelopmental conditions.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive enhanced annual leave of 32 days a year (inclusive of bank holidays) and a flexible annual leave scheme.

We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, free breakfast, and funded social events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of approximately 50 associate clinicians.
  • Assist in the recruitment of associate clinicians through conducting clinical screening calls and trial clinics.
  • Maintain professional responsibility for the provision of quality assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Carry out clinical audits of service performance, including service user surveys and evaluations.
Requirements
  • A highly skilled clinician with significant experience in the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Proven ability to support a team in delivering high-quality services.
  • An understanding of private and NHS healthcare structure/systems/pathways across the UK.
Working Arrangements

This role is based in the clinic in Canterbury, Kent or Basingstoke. You will be required to work approximately 1 weekend day every 4 weeks to provide 'on call' clinical support to the weekend teams.
