Job Role: Clinical Psychologist

This key position requires a skilled clinical psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and treatment skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead therapeutic work with children, young people, and families using evidence-based models.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive service development and improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children, young people, and families with mental health conditions and/or neurodevelopmental conditions.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Psicon Ltd offers an attractive benefits package, including enhanced annual leave, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
