We are looking for a highly skilled Psychological Services Professional to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Children & Young People's Mental Health Service (CYPMHS), you will work with children, young people, and their families to provide evidence-based psychological interventions.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate training in psychological practice, such as a psychologist, family therapist, or child and adolescent psychotherapist. They will be responsible for delivering clinical outcomes, promoting mental health, and providing clinical leadership within the CY-IAPT programme.

As part of this role, you will undertake initial assessments, deliver early interventions, and assess care plans to meet patient needs. You will also lead MDT meetings, provide clinical supervision, and work closely with junior clinicians.

We require the successful candidate to be eligible for registration as a full member of the appropriate professional body and have extensive experience working with challenging children/young people. They must also be able to lead therapeutic sessions with parents/carers/families.
