Hospital Play Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a Hospital Play Therapy Specialist to join our team at a renowned private hospital in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Play Therapy or a related field and professional registration as a Play Therapist. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in play therapy, preferably in a hospital setting, you will be responsible for providing specialized play therapy to children in hospital settings, utilizing evidence-based interventions to address their emotional and psychological needs.
In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on holistic care and patient-centered approaches. Key responsibilities include delivering play-based interventions to help children cope with illness, trauma, and hospitalization, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
