Job Description: Hospital Based Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospital Based Support Specialist. This role involves working in a hospital setting, providing expert support and guidance to survivors of domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support survivors of domestic abuse in hospitals
  • Work closely with hospital staff to identify and respond to domestic abuse cases
  • Deliver training to hospital staff on recognizing and responding to domestic abuse
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with survivors of domestic abuse
  • Knowledge of domestic abuse risk assessment tools and MARAC process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team


Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience.
