We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our front of house team at The Griffins Head.

Key Job Objectives

To ensure the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional customer service every day. Each staff member is responsible for guaranteeing guests' satisfaction, comfort, and well-being in a friendly, efficient, and personalised manner at all times.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Setup and operate the pub according to company policy at all times.
  2. Adhere to opening and closing procedures, prioritising security and health & safety, as outlined in company policy.
  3. Familiarise yourself with all areas of the pub, including the bar, floor, cellar, kitchen, and office, to maintain best practice and identify areas for improvement.
  4. M Maximise sales opportunities by delivering quality food and drink service, leveraging promotions, and using company point of sale effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.50 per hour

Expected Hours: 15 – 30 per week
