About Psicon Ltd:
We are a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments.
Role Overview:
We seek a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide expert assessment, therapy, and advice to clients and colleagues. This role involves autonomous practice within professional guidelines and Psicon's policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans for children, young people, and families with mental health conditions and/or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Deliver therapeutic work using various models, including CBT, Systemic, and Psycho-dynamic approaches.
- Provide support and therapy to adoptive families/families subject to special guardianship orders.
- Collaborate with the Child, Young People and Family Service team at Psicon.
- Assist in the smooth running of services, including general business operations at Psicon.
- Pursue opportunities for service development with the management team at Psicon.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously as part of a dynamic team. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical record keeping and adhering to professional codes of practice.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
