Job Description: We are seeking an accomplished Band 5 Orthopaedic Care Coordinator to work in our orthopaedic ward. As a key member of our team, you will ensure high-quality patient care by executing various responsibilities such as safeguarding, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality patient care by adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and execute individualised care plans to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
