Nursing Care Specialist Position

Join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to work in our Stage 2 Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit, providing pre and post-operative care to patients undergoing elective surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- To implement Trust policies and protocols, maintaining accurate records.
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes.
- A Registered Nurse Degree or Diploma with recent clinical experience within an acute Trust.
- Full awareness of NMC Code of Conduct, Clinical Governance, and Risk Management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-focused approach.
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £34,500 per annum, depending on experience.
