Senior Nurse in Orthopaedics Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse to lead our team in orthopaedics at a top private hospital in Margate.

Main Responsibilities- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, promoting their professional development.
- Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures, ensuring excellence in patient care.
- HCPC/NMC Pin registration, with significant experience in orthopaedics.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
£37,000 per annum + up to 60% enhancements (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including annual leave, on-site parking, and staff discounts.
