Front Desk Ambassador

A role that embodies the spirit of hospitality and customer service. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and colleagues, setting the tone for a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our clients and colleagues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and internal teams, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Monitor CCTV and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Support hospitality events and activities, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- SIA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
