Role Overview

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow within our clinic. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and assisting with examinations.
  • Prepare patients for consultations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient records accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills

We seek candidates who possess a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or equivalent.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient workflow and attention to detail.
