Business Development Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Finalsite. This role is a critical part of our growth strategy and requires a strong understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Utilize email, phone, and social media to build relationships with decision-makers and generate interest in our products.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track leads, ensuring a consistent and robust pipeline of prospects.
- Product Expertise: Present our website and communication solutions in a way that speaks to the specific needs of schools in different regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
- Market Research: Stay informed about global education trends, competitive landscapes, and local regulations to identify potential opportunities.
- Lead Response: Service Inbound Leads in a timely manner.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed targets for prospecting, lead generation, and qualified opportunities.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent English speaker, with the ability to understand and adapt to regional English language subtleties and communication nuances across cultures and continents.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of cultural differences and how to approach business development within diverse markets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing platforms, and other prospecting tools.
