You'll work collaboratively with customers to find the right solutions for their needs, resolving enquiries to completion and identifying potential complaints.

We're seeking someone with exceptional customer service and communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a keen sense of business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from customers
* Understand customer circumstances and offer sustainable support
* Resolve customer enquiries to completion
* Identify and attempt to resolve potential customer complaints
* Work collaboratively with customers to find the right solutions
