Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and tidy store environment, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- High levels of customer service and a commitment to delivering excellent work with great attention to detail.
- Open to and acts upon feedback, asking for this regularly.
- Takes accountability for planning and managing own workload efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing situations.
- Good level of digital capability.
