Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Tesco Ireland. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that the store is well-stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the cash register with confidence.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
