Job Title: Drainage Business Support

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and support our business needs in the drainage sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical and administrative assistance to help deliver our programme of works within the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to enquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Upload information onto the drainage asset database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Assist in site safety audits, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation measures.
  4. Deal with drainage enquiries, responding within time frames and liaising with the wider teams.
  5. Raise permits applications for planned and reactive works, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to deal effectively with peers, client representatives, and the public, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desirable - Knowledge of drainage and highways, with a strong understanding of the sector's regulatory requirements.
