An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Hermitage. We are looking for a Receptionist & Admin Support to join us on a permanent full-time basis.

The role involves running an efficient front of house, transferring calls, welcoming, and booking in visitors and contractors, as well as coordination of meeting facilities and general office support duties.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint and MS Teams) and the Internet
- Experience of using a busy switchboard
- Experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone
- Experience of working as part of a reception team

**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Operating a switchboard in a warm, confident and positive manner
- Meeting and greeting visitors and contractors in reception and ensuring they are well looked after
- Ensuring that all visitors /contractors are booked in and off site and have completed the relevant permits
- Liaising with couriers to ensure that documents/parcels are distributed effectively
- Opening and distributing the daily post, collating internal post and preparing the outbound post for collection
- Keeping the front of house area clean, tidy and well-presented and organising any displays
- Booking meeting rooms for staff and visitors
- Co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms for meetings
- Booking catering facilities for meetings - organising lunches and liaising with catering companies
- Organising drinks and refreshments as required and delivering to meeting rooms
- To be trained in use of all presentation / technical equipment in meeting rooms and provide support to staff and visitors on how equipment should be used
- Having an eye for detail and checking rooms are perfect each time
- Tidying the meeting rooms and facilities after each meeting to ensure area is kept presentable
- Undertake general administrative duties as required to support the site and office
- Ordering stationery and site consumables/cleaning items
- Have an awareness and understanding of Health & Safety on site for staff & all visitors
- Responsible for advising all visitors and contractors are alerted to relevant H&S information which includes muster points
- Responsible for printing the staff and visitor staff listing during an emergency to aid with a roll call
- Ordering Personal Protective Equipment and resources
