About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our network and club partnerships, you will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with hierarchical levels within clubs and networks. Your expertise will drive market insights, informing strategies to grow business levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will build mutually beneficial partnerships, extracting incremental value through lending quality, product splits, and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming a primary point of contact for all-level relationships within clubs and networks
- Developing and communicating account growth strategies, regularly reviewing and adapting them as necessary
- Contributing to event planning initiatives, negotiating optimal marketing opportunities
- Delivering proactive customer experiences, securing high-quality mortgage business
- Building a network of industry contacts to maintain current market knowledge
