About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Signet Jewelers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
