About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Schuh Edinburgh. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team by example and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Engage with customers and staff members to build strong relationships and promote a positive store environment
- Assist with management responsibilities, including delegating tasks and monitoring performance
- Strive for operational excellence and ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, and promote the Schuh brand through our core service values
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. You should be optimistic and energetic, with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends. As a role model in store, you will be passionate about retail, customer service, and footwear.
