Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead your retail store team to deliver outstanding customer service, tailoring every aspect of your store to meet the needs of your customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve store targets through coaching, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Commercial Acumen: Contribute to ideas that drive positive results in key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales and service.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure service standards in store are consistently delivered in line with our company's core values, and create visually appealing window and in-store displays that follow company guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Make informed commercial decisions on stock packages and displays using company reports to drive store sales.
  • Brand Ambassador: Monitor the development of the brand through networking, holding customer events, and sharing feedback with head office.
  • Communication: Communicate company policy and procedures to all team members in a professional manner.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: A confident and natural leader with previous experience working in a service-focused fashion retail environment.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisor or Assistant Manager/Keyholder experience and a desire to progress in your career.
  • People Skills: A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Adaptability: Punctual, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for staff and customers alike, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
