Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, tailoring every aspect of the store to meet the needs of our customers.
- Team Management: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve store targets through coaching, delivering constructive feedback, and promoting teamwork.
- Commercial Decision Making: Make commercial decisions on stock packages and displays using company reports to drive store sales.
- Store Operations: Ensure service standards in store are consistently met, and in-store merchandising is executed in line with company guidelines.
- Brand Development: Monitor the development of the brand through networking, holding customer events, and sharing feedback with head office.
- Communication: Communicate company policy and procedures to all team members in a professional manner.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a service-focused fashion retail environment is essential.
- Leadership: Supervisor or Assistant Manager/Keyholder experience and a willingness to progress.
- Skills: A confident and natural leader, articulate, well-presented, and able to demonstrate a strong track record of retail achievements.
- Personality: A people person, naturally confident, and with a can-do attitude, punctual, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for staff and customers alike.
