- Leadership Experience: A confident and natural leader with previous experience working in a service-focused fashion retail environment.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisor or Assistant Manager/Keyholder experience and a desire to progress in your career.
- People Skills: A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
- Adaptability: Punctual, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for staff and customers alike, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
