Senior Partner Marketing Manager

As a key member of our Marketing team at Liberis Debt Fund GmbH & Co, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through strategic partnerships. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver best-in-class communications and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth across our partner portfolio, planning campaigns on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage and coach Campaign Specialists to help execute at pace, ensuring collaborative team ways of working and driving a culture of continuous optimisation.
  • Create crisp, compelling materials as part of our consultative approach to partner marketing.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to leverage data and insights, shaping experimentation for acquisition marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong marketing relationships with our largest strategic partners in the UK.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnership management, key account, brand management, or an agency role.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at a time.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to think independently and relish the chance to own projects end-to-end.
  • Experience in coaching others to achieve great results.
