Job Title: Senior Partner Marketing Manager

At Druva, we're on a mission to empower organizations to achieve data resilience and accelerate their journey to the cloud. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth through our channel and field events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns with key partners and internal teams.
  • Plan and execute local events with partners to drive net new leads and sales velocity.
  • Work with focus Druva channel partners to manage awareness, lead generation, engagement, and enablement programs.
  • Manage a global budget for partner marketing initiatives and optimize it to achieve marketing and sales goals.
  • Be the key marketing point of contact for focus partners and work closely with sales and regional leadership to align partner and field marketing activities with sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel partner, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships with internal stakeholders and executing creative, in-person experiences.
  • Ability to deliver on a data-driven approach and analyze data to support strategy and planning.
  • Comfortable meeting directly with executives and representing the company professionally.
  • Able to operate in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment.
