Join Our Team as a Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Responsible Marketing Agency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our people strategy, ensuring that our organization remains a great place to work.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with our leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Overseeing all people operations, including policies, compliance procedures, employee relations, and learning and development
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to our senior leadership team, providing guidance on people-related challenges
  • Driving initiatives around talent acquisition and the employee experience
  • Facilitating regular development workshops and team-building activities that promote collaboration and growth
  • Designing and implementing culture and inclusion-first initiatives that ensure all employees feel valued
  • Working with external partners to manage payroll and expenses, ensuring all information is up to date and captured within our databases
  • Representing our company at external networks, events, and conferences to promote our group
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within a People & Culture or HR role, ideally within a start-up or high-growth environment
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance
  • A track record of developing and executing successful employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Experience in leadership development, coaching, and creating high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using people analytics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • A positive proactive mindset, with the ability to drive forward your people agenda within a flexible workforce
