We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the hospitality or private rental sectors. They will be passionate about delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with residents, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships within the community to promote the Moda brand and enhance the resident experience.
  • Foster a deep understanding of local attractions and trends to inform event strategy and direction.
  • Programme access control systems to ensure seamless resident experience.
  • Lead the organization of on-site events, leveraging creative skills to deliver engaging experiences.

Main Objectives:

  • Deliver first-class customer service and engage residents through various channels.
  • Maintain consistency in delivering the Moda service standard across all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive social media activity and resident engagement.
  • Oversee the entire resident service experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance quality.
  • Develop and implement effective complaints procedures, providing training on sensitive customer service issues.
  • Manage staff rotas and arrange cover when necessary, ensuring seamless operation of services.
