Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in London, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Drive the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales plans to drive revenue growth, leveraging market analysis and customer insights.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly review sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Train and Mentor Sales Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Proven Leadership Experience: A proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
