Overview

Artisan People is a luxury beauty industry leader seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Beauty Sales Leader to be based in London.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Sales, Logistics, and Training functions of our UK branch.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to contribute to overarching brand strategy.
  • Set sales targets and key performance indicators for the company.
  • Maintain open communication with sales managers to assess performance against KPIs.
  • Present sales results to management on a regular basis.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events to showcase products and services.
  • Host quarterly meetings with retail partners to discuss business development opportunities.
  • Implement new business initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective sales training programs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Oversee the performance management of Sales, Logistics, and Training teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a highly experienced Sales Director with at least 7 years of leadership experience in the luxury beauty industry. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

Candidates should possess a strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial approach, and excellent leadership skills.

A proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering exceptional results is essential.

Excellent relationships with retail partners and a deep understanding of digital sales are also crucial.

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is necessary.

Candidates must have the ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams.
