As a Data Insights Specialist in the automotive aftersales sector, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by delivering actionable insights and driving data-driven decision making.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze warranty claims data and identify trends and patterns that can inform our warranty reclaim strategy.

You will work closely with our Warranty and Technical teams to provide regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as claim rates, costs, and timeliness.

In addition, you will collaborate with other departmental teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, strong Microsoft Office abilities, particularly in Excel and Access, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, a company contributory pension plan, cash back health care scheme, life assurance, and car salary exchange scheme.
