We are seeking a Sales and Growth Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base, leveraging your knowledge of client needs and market trends.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into business performance and growth potential.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive base salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
