The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organization, undertaking various tasks including reception duties, data entry, and other generalist administrative functions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this temporary contract until further notice.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a welcoming and supportive reception service to parents and visitors, consistently demonstrating a helpful, sensitive, and empathetic approach.
  2. Undertake various administrative tasks as required by the organization, including data entry, filing, and other generalist duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
