At Redgate, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to help us achieve our long-term vision and growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and its overall direction.

The Role:

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement inspiring product strategies, drive product roadmaps, and ensure commercial success. Your expertise will be crucial in defining product strategy, working with the Chief Product Officer, and collaborating with other Product Managers to ensure products provide complementary added value.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define product strategy and underlying commercial plans, ensuring alignment with company direction.
  • Work with the Chief Product Officer and Group Product Managers to ensure products achieve key goals.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure products provide complementary added value.
  • Partner with the product Technical Lead and Designer to deliver a high-quality, sustainable product roadmap.
  • Act as a product evangelist and liaise with marketing, sales, and finance on key opportunities and go-to-market plans.
  • Develop growth opportunities beyond current markets for products.
  • Stay up to date with relevant market requirements, competitors, and evolving customer needs.
