Product Manager (New Markets)
Salary: 61,000 GBP per year

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge digital products aimed at promoting sustainable laboratory practices. This position is an 18-month fixed-term role and is crucial to our professional development program as it aligns with our sustainability strategy and commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and develop product strategies to drive business growth
  2. Lead the end-to-end development of online learning and certification products, collaborating with subject matter experts, designers, and technology teams
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate the product vision to ensure successful product launches
  4. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement to meet business objectives

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in new product development, preferably in digital learning
  2. Degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, or a related field (a background in chemical sciences is a plus)
  3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of digital learning models
  4. Proven track record of successful product launches
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  6. Working knowledge of learning management systems
