Gearset Limited is a leading provider of DevOps solutions for Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced DevOps Product Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and innovative individual to take ownership of our product strategy, driving growth and revenue objectives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Product Marketing to position us as leaders in the Salesforce DevOps space.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a key piece of our overall product strategy, conducting diagnosis and forming plans to achieve our stated goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure we drive a differentiated and defensible story in the market.
  • Partner closely with go-to-market teams, driving commercial focus and ensuring product strategy supports revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build relationships with partners, vendors, and contributors in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Achieve

  • Diagnose and implement a product strategy for the DevOps Lifecycle Group for the next 12 months.
  • Take a product from 0 to 1, double down on investments in current offerings, and deploy tactics such as commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrate progress against commercial and product goals, with keen awareness of how you contribute to or learn from overall business performance.
  • Build a high-momentum operating model with your teams, translating strategy into a coherent tactical plan.
  • Manage teams of 2-4 people, including hiring and coaching.
  • Have a strong background in DevOps, having worked on and built products in this problem space.
  • Enjoy talking to users and have an infectious passion for building products that solve clear user problems.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience helping scale a product function by forming a new group.
  • Limited software engineering experience.
