Global Antibody Solutions Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Antibody Solutions Strategist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our Primary Antibody Portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive primary antibody strategies that drive innovation, enhance product quality, and expand Abcam's market leadership in this category.
  • Engage with customers, thought leaders, and industry experts to gain deep insights into market needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and refinement.
  • Define portfolio pricing, promotion, and placement for all products within the portfolio to achieve revenue growth and ensure optimal sales mix across channels.
  • Deliver revenue performance, planning, and analysis for the Primaries category, including revenue forecasting, portfolio management actions, and performance tracking.
  • Lead and inspire a team of portfolio managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • University degree (in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred).
  • Extensive proven experience in product marketing and project management, including life sciences, pharmaceutical, and/or FMCG industries.
  • Proven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive category growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis, demonstrating moving insights into action.
  • Highly motivated, visionary, and results-driven, with a passion for building market-leading solutions in the life sciences industry.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
