Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales expansion plans in key territories, working closely with our sales team and supporting product training.

This field-based role will cover the Cambridge and Peterborough areas, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to maximize sales through effective product introduction, presentation, trial, and contract negotiation.

  • Develop and present tailored sales strategies for territories and accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maximize revenue growth by identifying opportunities, introducing new products, and negotiating contracts.
  • Optimize product mix, pricing, and margins to drive profitability.
  • Leverage customer contact tools and systems to enhance engagement and responsiveness.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze and report on sales data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and system administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of selling experience with a proven track record of consistent over-plan performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplace and its nuances.
  • Understanding of customer decision-making processes, including economic buyers and reimbursement considerations.
