We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Communications Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our communications function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal communications strategy and promoting a culture of transparency and engagement.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading internal communications and engagement initiatives in a large complex organisation. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and staff at all levels.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies that support our Trust's priorities and vision. This will involve working closely with senior leaders and departments to ensure seamless communication and engagement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who holds a Master's degree or equivalent level of qualifications in a relevant field. You will also possess evidence of continuous professional development and training in internal communications.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including access to our on-site colleague-only café, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Salary: £72,500 per annum
