A Compliance and Governance Manager is required to lead our Health and Safety team and maintain H&S compliance according to relevant legislation.

This role involves managing a small team to promote a positive safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and maintain Health and Safety as the Company's number one priority. As Compliance and Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the emergency and response processes are sufficiently defined, periodically testing and reviewing the procedures where necessary.

You will also perform root cause analysis for all reported accidents, ensuring the inclusion of trend identification and all necessary legislative administration. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of conducting various risk assessments, coupled with legal awareness of relevant HSE legislation and a working knowledge of 18001, 14001 or equivalent management systems.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £50,000 basic depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits making this an attractive opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety professional.
