**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Manufacturing and Distribution Compliance Manager to join our HR team in Rugby, Warwickshire. This role reports to the Director of HR and focuses on maintaining H&S compliance according to relevant legislation across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated Health and Safety professional to lead the Health and Safety team, promoting a positive safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining Health and Safety as the company's top priority.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, maintaining accreditation to OHSAS:18001 Health and Safety Management Systems, and ensuring the emergency and response processes are sufficiently defined. They will also perform root cause analysis for all reported accidents, ensuring trend identification and necessary legislative administration.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small Health and Safety team
  • Maintain OHSAS:18001 accreditation
  • Review and ensure delivery of H&S policy
  • Define emergency and response processes
  • Perform root cause analysis for reported accidents

**Requirements:

We require a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety professional with a strong understanding of relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of maintaining H&S compliance.

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
