Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled Production Unit Manager to join our team at Britvic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the safety, quality, performance, and leadership of the manufacturing function within the area. You will need to have excellent management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage and develop processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing and HSE processes and legislation, as well as experience in capital investment project delivery. They will also have the ability to work closely with other functions and contractors to introduce new products and processes.
- To ensure control of manpower to enable the production plan KPIs are met.
- To drive zero-loss manufacturing principles consistently across the site.
- To ensure consistent quality standards by applying approved manufacturing and quality procedures.
