About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain & Demand Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Rugby, UK. This pivotal role will oversee demand and forecasting requirements, managing material forecasting, product flow, inbound inventory, key suppliers, and product queries.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organisational negotiation skills, and a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading production and manufacturing activities across various customers with bespoke requirements.
  • Developing accurate and timely demand forecasts by analysing market trends, historical data, and inventory levels.
  • Optimising raw material inventory levels on-site, ensuring smooth manufacturing flow.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for product quotations, queries, quality issues, and demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities.
