Key responsibilities:
• Leading a team of engineers to ensure the reliability of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Coordinating maintenance activities to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and upgraded.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve plant goals and improve efficiency.
• Providing technical support to the production team and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to do their job.
• Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve plant efficiency and reduce waste.
• Managing budgets and ensuring that costs are controlled.
