Award-winning Organisation Seeks Health and Safety Manager

Located in Rugby, Warwickshire, our client is a leading global organisation operating within the manufacturing and distribution sector. We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of conducting various risk assessments, coupled with legal awareness of relevant HSE legislation and a working knowledge of 18001, 14001 or equivalent management systems. They will also be commercially aware with strong project management skills.

This role reports directly to the Director of HR and involves managing a small team. Key responsibilities include maintaining H&S compliance according to relevant legislation across the business, promoting a positive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have NEBOSH certification and prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector. A salary of up to £50,000 basic depending on experience is on offer.

This role is based in Warwickshire and is easily commutable from nearby cities including Coventry, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, and Northampton. Our organisation values its employees and offers a competitive benefits package as part of this role.

  • NEBOSH certification
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector
