Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Job Summary:
A successful global organisation is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Lead to lead the H&S team, maintain compliance, and promote a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes managing a small team, maintaining accreditation to OHSAS:18001 Health and Safety Management Systems, reviewing and delivering the organisation's H&S policy, defining, testing and reviewing emergency response processes, performing root cause analysis for reported accidents, ensuring legislative administration and conducting compliance audits.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading a H&S team and maintaining accreditation to OHSAS:18001
- Experience of reviewing and delivering H&S policies
- Ability to define, test and review emergency response processes
- Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills to ensure compliance with H&S regulations
What We Offer:
£50,000 per annum plus benefits. Hybrid working arrangement available.
