Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in operations management? Look no further than ENGINEERINGUK's Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship programme. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of one or more processes across our operation, leading a small team of up to 20 on your shift.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with site management teams to ensure that assigned departments are performing in line with plans and customer expectations are met. You will have the opportunity to develop strategic leadership, operations and technology, sales, marketing, and business finance skills, among others. You will also create and cultivate a safety culture by identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work environment.

Your estimated annual salary is £40,000 - £55,000, depending on your location and experience. To be eligible for this role, you must have two A levels at grade 'C' or above (or equivalent) plus a minimum of two years' experience working in a supervisory role. You must also be able to operate in a challenging and fast-paced environment, demonstrate drive and passion, and have flexibility in working hours and shift patterns to provide cover for operational requirements.
