Safety Management:

This full-time position involves leading the Health and Safety team and implementing strategies to promote a positive safety culture within the organisation. Key responsibilities include delivering regular H&S improvement projects, chairing Health and Safety committee meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

  • Managing H&S improvement projects and collaborating with the Health and Safety team.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing the overall safety standards.
  • Providing support and guidance to employees to ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and managing relationships with external partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will require a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience in implementing H&S improvement projects and promoting a positive safety culture would be advantageous. Commercial awareness and strong leadership skills are also essential.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, healthcare benefits, and pension scheme.
