We are a thriving organisation operating within the manufacturing and distribution sector, with a location in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a forward-thinking company, we are committed to creating a safe working environment for all employees.
To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH certification, prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector, and a strong understanding of relevant HSE legislation.
This role involves working closely with the Director of HR and other senior leaders to develop and implement effective health and safety strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead a small team and promote a positive safety culture.
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 basic depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package also available.
This position is located in Warwickshire and is easily commutable from nearby cities including Coventry, Nuneaton, and Leamington Spa.
